Style - Ombre Skirt, DIY Sweater Vest

A great solution for cold weather is to wear a long skirt with boots. You would be surprised how warm this can be, plus you can layer up as much as you want underneath and no one is the wiser! My sweater vest is made from a sweater that I got on clearance at the end of the season for $3 and then carefully removed the sleeves. I kept the sleeves and used one of them to make a sweater headband.
