Stuffed French Toast

While staying at my grandma's house recently, Miema wanted to try this recipe that she had seen on TV. When I asked her what show she saw it on, she didn't remember, so I don't know who to credit except some clever Latina ladies. We decided to add the cream cheese so I guess we can take credit for that. Here is what you will need:

Bread - slightly stale is fine
Cream Cheese
Jelly of your Choice
Eggs
Milk
Cinnamon
Sugar
Butter or Oil

1. Mix equal parts of of cream cheese and jelly as you filling
2. Flaten your bread with a rolling pin
3. Spread some filling onto one end
4. Roll your bread up
5. Mix your eggs with a little milk and dip each roll in the mixture until they are all done
6. Heat your pan until it melts some butter and then cook your rolls, turning often so all sides brown
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Serve with syrup if desired!
